Life in a New Place
The world that we live in is insane. We zoom around the Earth, the place we call home. but how much to we really know about our home as individuals. It differs from person to person. How often to you stop and take a look at the world. The landscapes that populate our Earth, to the reaches of the Universe, to the mysteries that the Human Race has yet to unlock. The place that we call home really is amazing. I recently came to this observation in about the last 9 months of my life.
It all started in an English class. We were reading the works of Henry David Thoreau and other similar authors. The largest thing that jumped out at me in their writing was to slow down and explore the world around you. At that point I started to do that. It wasn't something that I found to be hard at all. I explored the area and found things that I never knew about. I found nice quite places to watch the sunsets by lakes and rivers. Parks and trails in the woods. Roads were I was worried if I would make it through. I also found so many small shops and places that I had never noticed before. This is just a small list of tings. I fell like this has been a great thing to have a new understanding for the place you call home. I very recently moved to a new place. I am extremely excited to have this opportunity. I am getting to explore an entirely new place and so far what I have found is amazing, and I want to share it with you! I hope you take the time to read this, for what can more knowledge of the world that surrounds you hurt??
